All shipping charges are calculated automatically and clearly displayed at checkout.
  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days | £3.99 (Free on orders over £40)
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 business days | £5.99
  • Next-Day Delivery: Next business day (Orders placed before 1 PM) | £8.99
⏱️ Order Processing Times
  • We process all orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public bank holidays).
  • Orders placed before 1:00 PM GMT Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day.
  • You will receive a notification email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
📍 Delivery Locations & Restrictions
  • We ship to all addresses across the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
  • Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Offshore Islands, and Orkey/Shetland may take an additional 1–2 business days to arrive.
  • We SHIP internationally with Fedex to all international destinations.
💔 Lost or Damaged Parcels
Every shipment is fully insured. If your order arrives damaged, or if it fails to arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team at support@vitalifedrop.co.uk within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
